Luxusvilla in Juan-les-Pins

Great villa and plenty of options and configurations to accommodate our 10 guests. The location was perfect with lots locally for shopping, drinks and restaurants. What a stunning beach area which we made the most of and only a very short walk away. As we are very active the walking was superb and our 10 mile hike around the cap de Antibes was a real highlight. Antibes itself was a perfect mix of history and modern and again was a great hit with the guests. Proximity to the Juan-Les Pins station meant a 10 minutes walk and access along the coast with our intrepid adventurers getting as far east as Fréjus and west into Italy to Ventimiglia, fantastic. Our group found something to do everyday including some time to use the pool and sun loungers. A few positive and negative points we did encounter and we list these a feedback for review / fixing. - Kazem was great, he fixed a shower flooding problem within hours to our satisfaction. - Instructions for alarms, wifi, bins etc. were hand written and perhaps typed clearer notes would help - Pool wooden decking area was a disaster. It was 'collapsing' and meant we had to tread very carefully to use the sun beds otherwise we would have had some injuries. As we were all adults we took extra care but it would be a no go area for children! - Master bedroom was 'tired', wardrobe door was stuck, draw fronts falling off, and too be honest the open plan bathroom does not work for us and would have preferred it more private. - Bedroom next to master, the en-suite needed a deep clean and shower resealed. - Outside covered 'Garage' area was scuffy and not that clean. BBQ was dirty and we found the oven trays under the BBQ and they had not been cleaned from previous occupants. (We used this area quite extensively to be in the open cooking). Kazem was most accommodating as we did arrive a couple of hours early and that may have disturbed his plans! One thing that would be extremely useful is a detailed floor plan of the bedrooms and configurations of beds. As we had a mix of three couples and 4-5 singles trying to work out sleeping plans was a nightmare and personally I and another guest ended up with single beds in one apartment and had we known would have asked these to be doubles and of course we could not close the partitions as the air-con was in the other rooms! Overall a fantastic time had by all and this is a villa and/or area we will certainly re-visit. Thanks Marianne and Belvilla

Tolle Villa und viele Optionen und Konfigurationen für die Unterbringung unserer 10 Gäste. Die Lage war perfekt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Getränken und Restaurants vor Ort. Was für ein atemberaubender Strandbereich, den wir optimal genutzt haben und der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt. Da wir sehr aktiv sind, war das Wandern großartig und unsere 10-Meilen-Wanderung rund um das Cap de Antibes war ein echtes Highlight. Antibes selbst war eine perfekte Mischung aus Geschichte und Moderne und war erneut ein großer Erfolg bei den Gästen. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Juan-Les Pins bedeutete einen 10-minütigen Spaziergang und Zugang entlang der Küste, wobei unsere unerschrockenen Abenteurer bis nach Fréjus nach Osten und nach Westen nach Italien nach Ventimiglia gelangten, fantastisch. Unsere Gruppe fand jeden Tag etwas zu tun, einschließlich etwas Zeit, um den Pool und die Sonnenliegen zu nutzen. Ein paar positive und negative Punkte sind uns aufgefallen und wir listen diese als Feedback zur Überprüfung/Behebung auf. - Kazem war großartig, er hat ein Problem mit der Überschwemmung der Dusche innerhalb weniger Stunden zu unserer Zufriedenheit behoben. - Anweisungen für Alarme, WLAN, Mülleimer usw. wurden handgeschrieben und vielleicht wären getippte, klarere Notizen hilfreich - Die Holzterrasse am Pool war eine Katastrophe. Es war „zusammengebrochen“ und bedeutete, dass wir sehr vorsichtig sein mussten, um die Sonnenliegen zu benutzen, sonst hätten wir uns verletzt. Da wir alle Erwachsene waren, haben wir besonders darauf geachtet, aber für Kinder wäre es ein Tabubereich! - Das Hauptschlafzimmer war „müde“, die Schranktür steckte fest, die Schubladenfronten fielen ab und ehrlich gesagt passte das offene Badezimmer nicht zu uns und wir hätten es lieber etwas privater gehabt. - Schlafzimmer neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer, das Bad musste gründlich gereinigt und die Dusche neu versiegelt werden. - Der überdachte „Garage“-Bereich draußen war schmutzig und nicht besonders sauber. Der Grill war schmutzig und wir fanden die Ofenbleche unter dem Grill, die nicht von den vorherigen Bewohnern gereinigt worden waren. (Wir haben diesen Bereich ziemlich häufig genutzt, um im Freien zu kochen). Kazem war äußerst zuvorkommend, da wir ein paar Stunden früher ankamen und das seine Pläne möglicherweise durcheinander gebracht hat! Eine Sache, die äußerst nützlich wäre, wäre ein detaillierter Grundriss des Bettes
