Welcome to an idyll in the countryside outside Södertälje in southern Stockholm, close to both bathing lake, forest and big city. The site consists of a large and flat lawn, perfect for games and play. The plot has many fruit trees and berry bushes, just to pick and eat. The house has a lovely balcony, part of which is open, one with a roof, and a glazed conservatory where it is cozy to sit during chilly evenings. The house is a charming and well-furnished summer house, with a spacious living room with a day bed that becomes a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a small kitchen and dining area. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a kettle, microwave and coffee maker. There might be some disturbance from water and sewer construction in the area during the spring and summer of 2025. On the grounds there is a small guest house with two single beds, there is also a microwave, TV and kettle.
